Our Class Structures
Mana Fundamentals
This foundational class is perfect for members who want to improve their form, avoid injuries, and maximise their results. Our female gym trainer will guide you through the proper technique for key lifts, helping you develop the confidence and skills to crush your fitness goals.
Sculpt Lower
Our women’s weight training classes emphasise proper form while gradually increasing intensity to ensure safe, consistent progress for women at every fitness level. Through a combination of progressive resistance techniques, you’ll develop defined shoulders, strong arms, and a powerful back.
Sculpt Upper
Complementing our upper body work, experience a dynamic blend of hypertrophy, time under tension, and heavy lifting designed to build muscle, increase strength, and sculpt your lower physique.

For most of our members, attending 2 to 3 classes per week provides the perfect balance for building strength and seeing physical changes without overwhelming your schedule or recovery capacity.
Our class structure at OTB Health Club is specifically designed to complement this frequency, with our Sculpt Lower classes running twice weekly and Sculpt Upper once weekly. This balanced approach ensures all major muscle groups receive attention while allowing adequate recovery time between sessions.
