  • Mana Strength: Perfect for women looking to build functional strength for everyday life; push yourself to the limit with WODs like EOM, AMRAP, and Chipper.

  • Mana Fundamentals: This women’s group fitness class suits all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced lifters. Our weight training for women classes teach key lifts with expert guidance and master proper techniques to build confidence and prevent injury.

Cardio and Endurance

  • Flex Upper: Improve your posture and build lean muscle mass with resistance training focused on controlled movements and proper form to tone and strengthen your upper body. 

  • Flex Lower: Build resilience through progressive targeted lower body resistance training to strengthen and tone your legs, glutes, and core.

Flexibility and Mobility

  • Mana Sprint: Improve cardiovascular health and increase energy levels with a high-intensity workout designed to boost stamina and burn calories.

  • Dukes: Develop agility, coordination, and strength with boxing and toning full-body workout classes for women.

Sculpting and Toning

  • Sculpt Upper: Build muscle, shape and tone your arms, shoulders, and back with a blend of hypertrophy, time under tension, and heavy lifting. 

  • Sculpt Lower: Define and build lean muscle in the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves as you create a strong and toned look.

  • Absolutely, we proudly welcome women at all fitness levels. Every class we offer includes modifications for different abilities, and our experienced female instructors take extra care to ensure new members feel comfortable and supported. 

  • For your first class, we recommend coming in comfortable clothing you can move freely in, such as leggings or shorts, a supportive sports bra, and a breathable T-shirt or tank top. Also, bring along a water bottle, small towel, and clean indoor shoes. 

    Our group fitness for women’s classes are fully equipped—We provide all equipment, including yoga mats, weights, and specialised gear for specific classes. 

    After class, your trainer will check in with how you found the experience and answer any questions. You'll also receive access to our member app, where you can track your progress, book future classes, and connect with our supportive community of women. Remember, every woman's journey is different—we celebrate progress, not perfection, and you'll never be pushed beyond what feels right for your body on any given day.

  • Absolutely! We offer a 7-day trial for just $7, which gives you the perfect opportunity to experience our women's fitness classes firsthand. During your trial week, you can attend unlimited classes across all categories—try our strength sessions, cardio workouts, flexibility training, and more to find what resonates with you.
